How do I get on your mailing list?
Our mailing list is usually breed or group specific. Send us your email address you will be added to all applicable lists. You may also complete the online form to be added, click here to link to Premium List Request form.
How can I make an online entry?
Online entries can be made through third party entry services such as Infodog, Best in Show, Entries on Time, K-9 Entry Services, or Show Time. Click here to link to resource page for contact information for entry services.
How do I make a fax or email entry?
We do not accept fax entries but we do accept entries from all entry services.
When will I receive my confirmation and judging program?
Judging programs are promptly mailed first class using the United States Postal Service at event closing.
How do I cancel an entry?

How can I check to see if my entry has been received?

How do I make an entry correction?
Corrections may be requested by email.
How do I move up my dog once they are entered?
You may email the office no later than (3) three days in advance of the show or 30 minutes prior to the judging of regular classes at the show.
I don't have time to get the Premium List but I have a blank AKC entry form from another show can I use it?
Yes, any official AKC form can be used. You may also go to the AKC web site where there is a fillable form available. Complete the form, print (hard copy) and mail it in.
When are show results posted?
Show (preliminary or unconfirmed) results will be posted within (24) hours after the conclusion of the show or sooner. Final results will be posted once approved.
How do I send in an advertisement for my club's catalog?
You mail email content of an advertisement in MS Publisher, MS Word (.doc) or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) to us in advance of the stated deadline in your premium list or as stated in on your club's web site. Image files should .jpeg file types and be set at 300 dpi for best results.
My dog is a Canine Good Citizen. Why don't you put that in the catalog?
The American Kennel Club (AKC) says that the CGC is a certificate not a title, and only titles recognized by AKC appear in the catalog. We do not print foreign titles as they are also not recognized by the AKC.
